That’s why we offer free re-polishing services (up to 3 times for a period of 10-year from the date of purchase) for all our products. Our team of experts will carefully clean and re-polish your jewelry to restore its original luster and shine.
Repair
Silver Poetry also offers free repair services for minor damages such as broken hooks or damaged stones. Our team of experts will carefully examine your jewelry and provide the necessary repairs to restore it to its original condition (up to 3 times for a period of 10-year from the date of purchase) for all our products.
Claim Process
To claim, please ensure you send your request on swati@silverpoetry.co.in along with the following-
- Your bill of purchase
- High resolution picture/ video of the product
Upon receiving the request our team will reach out to you with 3 working days.
Shipping Costs
Customer will bear the cost shipping charges for both ways, as per actuals.
